Holistic approach to life -HATL”, is a program coined by Swami Pradeep founded in 2012.

HATL’s mission is to enhance society by strengthening individuals via programs that foster a feeling of belonging, restore human values, develop life to its full potential, and unite people from many origins, religions, and cultural traditions for celebration and service. Our goal is to alter people’s lives through workshops, trainings, yoga programs, and counseling sessions.

In our modern world, we find ourselves navigating through the complexities of life, shouldering commitments that often exceed our limits, entangling ourselves in toxic relationship, struggling to strike a balance between work and personal life and grappling with the truth and facades of existence, all the while juggling finances and relationships.

Rudraksha

Rudraksha comes in many sizes and faces also called “mukhis” meaning “the clefts or furrows on the surface”. There are upto 38 mukhis or faces found on Rudraksha but Rudrakshas of 1 to 14 mukhis are the most commonly available ones.
